day ten

Actually, my whole day was spent driving. But all I could think about was making it to these steps. It was a really tough, long, snowy drive. But we made it safe. And I'm so happy to be back.

day nine

Today I went through the temple. This day was something I have been looking forward to my whole life. I love the temple! It was such an amazing experience to have my family there with me too.

day eight

Hanging out with the boys from home has to be my favorite way to end any day. Usually it is my favorite part of the whole day. Probably because they are my favorite boys. :)

Thanksgiving day. We took our family pictures today. I am so thankful for my wonderful family! I love being home because I get to spend time with them. They make me happy and I'm so thankful for the examples that my parents and siblings are to me!

day six

So I live in Las Vegas. It's true. I usually don't think about it much until the only way I can go see a movie or even go out to eat is by walking through a casino. This particular casino is only about ten minutes from me...and I went there twice today.

Today was a weird day. But everything was made better by a little casey-rachel time at in-n-out. It was delicious. Also I love rachel.

I spent much of my day at the post office. Just waiting. Turns out I need a passport to go to Spain :) This photo illustrates exactly how well I thought my time was utilized at the post office.

lazy sunday and colorfully comfortable blankets. I love sunday naps :) especially when I get to have them in my own bed.

Little boys reading me "stories." Actually they were just making up their own version of The Three Little Pigs :) I had fun with my nephews today.

Today was completely dedicated to my nine hour drive home to Las Vegas. Rachel, Zach and Becca rode with me. We had a grand time :) this will be a much needed break!

For my Color Photography class, I have to take one photo a day that represents my day. This will last all Thanksgiving break and starts tomorrow. So get ready. It's coming.
